The Significance of Statutes of Limitation

 

Raising the statute of limitations is perhaps the easiest victory attainable against any of the slimeball atrocities that the legal establishment throws at us. Remember: attorneys are stupid and lazy.  Rather than find honest work, a larger percentage of the slimeball population is engaged in the debt collection racket.  These slimeballs are so lazy and stupid that they’ll even try to scam you for debts from long ago. Remember these words and use them where they apply: where the statute of limitations has run, there is no cause of action survives nor defense thereof.  Consult the table of statute of limitations for your state and when some slimeball sues you for a back collection that is time-barred simply file a motion to dismiss – lack of subject matter jurisdiction – the action by plaintiff is barred by the applicable statute of limitations!
