We are available for phone consultation. While we do not give legal advice, we have been doing consultation for five years on a wide variety of situations, but my specialty is fighting 3rd party debt collectors, and/or debt buyers. “Everyone of our students for the past year has walked away with a win” Consultation also includes limited assistance in matters where being an attorney is not required, or desired. This limited assistance includes responding to dunning letters to help understanding how to write and present your motions.

Working One on One;
We are willing to teach one on one with you preparing your case. We will work one on one with you pre-planning you defense with the understanding that we are not a lawyers, nor do we give legal advice.

Dunning Letter
Now available for entertainment and educational purposes. We have created a reply to the debt collectors dunning letter called the Hell Letter. Not once in the year that this letter has been used has a debt collector responded. It is easier for them to simply move on to their next victim of pray. I have also prepared a follow up letter in case any of these fools are stupid enough to challenge the Hell Letter.

This letter is a list of instructions to
enable you to be successful in the endeavor of hosting a seminar in your area
Begin Early: You will need at least five to six weeks of lead time to promote the Seminar
Successfully.
Your first step is to contact Perry or Mason to request a weekend that a Seminar can be held in your area. Dates are at a premium as Perry & Masons available times fill up fast. Please make your request known early. Together, we will establish a date for the ProSeAmerica Seminar:
You will contact a Hotel in the area and choose the facility that you want to host a seminar.
Conference type Hotels such as Marriott Courtyard typically gives discounted rates to attract
events such as these.
Typically a Conference Hotel will have special incentives for the Seminar Host such as complimentary rooms should you meets the minimum number of bookings required by the hotel.
This can be used for Perry & Mason or as an incentive to help out someone in need.
The special items needed to conduct a Seminar, successfully should be discussed with the hotel and conference person who is trained to help coordinate your needs: “Be confident because this is
what they are in the business for.”

Supplies needed for the Seminar:
Be sure that the “Conference Center Room” is large enough to host the amount of people who will attend. The room will need items such as:
• Tables and chairs,
• Projector,
• Grease Board,
• Sound System (if needed)
All other details will be worked out between Perry, Mason and you.
